I have been reading some posts from him and this guy is coming off as a serious POS.
Anyone feel like it might have been a mistake voting him into a CPM position?
I want this game to survive and flourish for many years to come and to do that different things need to be done to increase NPE. Imagine if a new player came to the forums to voice their opinion about something and Aeon Amadi responds to them the same way he is responding in these other posts.
Aeon Amadi, calm yourself down and get off your high horse.

although I may agree with some of what you say the fact is that the CPM elections are more of a popularity contest then anything
and due to his corp and you tube channel he has plenty of that along with many followers that will defend him without good reason
it has been said that Aeon has some issues and from experience I can say that this is true, nonetheless threads like this don't do much to justify busting some guys chops just because he doesn't know how to do his job right, I might add that no CPM member gets paid and thus we should not expect quality work from them as if they are professionals
it might be true that CPM members are not discussing what they should and rather discuss what they want but in the end that doesn't matter and instead of picking on someone no matter how easy they make it, its best to instead give constructive feedback and a good reason as to why their suggestions just don't pan out in your opinion
now we could go on to discuss if any of the CPM members are fit to do anything but in all honesty it doesn't matter too much, if they end up doing something stupid that ruins the game then they will only have themselves to blame for their actions, which I am sure don't even contribute as much as many people seem to think
one last note I would like to add is that it's been fairly evident what Aeon's views are, the amount of threads he used to post should be an indicator as to what his intentions are so if this has come into question only now then I ask you WTF WHERE YOU DOING DURING THE ELECTIONS? this could have easily been addressed before all the scrubs sent their votes in and not that it would've made much of a difference but it may have helped

we voted him in? dont assume anything in that context
you may have voted him in but there are many amendment players that chose not to vote seeing as how the voting process is flawed to begin with and its majorly just a popularity contest

I called them tryhards. There's a difference.
I think the game mode is stupid and trashy, but that's because I dislike turkey shoot modes in FPS. I don't want to remove it, because I want to change it. Unfortunately the way I'd have set up a domination is entirely too ambitious for the PS3.
Since I can't come up with better, I am content to snark about it. I think Domination could have been a lot more.
And my high horse was offended by your imprecations and killed himself with fire.
I couldn't save him. Cardboard cut-outs are hard to stop once they burn.

But since you mentioned it, pretty much every mode is a turkey shoot at this point.

skirmish can be fun, I like acquisition. But those two really depend on getting not-sucky blue dots.

Let me correct you on this.
I described the game mode as being trashy, not the people playing it. The closest I came to calling stupid the people who like Domination is in the following quote:
"You describe Domination as if it is a gamemode for stupid people who lack actual skill.
I just might have to agree with that. I see a lot more skilled players in Acquisition matches than I do Domination matches. If I am going to be beaten to death by Romulus Hex it's going to happen in an Acquisition match before any other."
My response was to General69 Deaths explanation as to why Domination is the most popular gamemode. |

Firstly, that was your interpretation of what General69 said, so yes, you called them stupid. Secondly, you very clearly stated that dom was full of trashy players.
