Posit: While a civilization may establish any priorities that it deems important, the most stable strategy for any group to endure the array of cosmic events that would otherwise result in the extinction of said civilization, is to establish technologies that enable their escape from the confinement of their home planet and leverage those technologies to populate as many other regions in space as possible.
Please discuss this conjecture, and if you are in agreement, enumerate, in detail, the technologies that lead to the propagation of a species across their solar system, or across the galaxy. |

It has to become a type 1 civilation according to kaku 1rst by harnessing the power of the sun and geo thermic energy, which we wont do any time soon our global system is based on the consumption of fossil fuels leaving us stuck at type 0

Renewable sources of energy like zero-point tech would allow humanity to build sustainable living systems in otherwise inhospitable environments. For example, on the surface of Mars!!!
