Not enough people locked in a tight place to MD spam?
Can't camp all the flags with a squad?
Just don't like dynamic gameplay?

I don't know who you speak for but in our EU heavy corp we regularly play FW to get skirmish or queue Ambush teams just so we dont have to play Domination all the time.

I speak as someone who has spent the last 40 minutes trying to find a match, and as someone who consistently can't get a skirmish match in the European afternoon.
On well, guess I'll log on ajumpy MD alt and be part of the problem.

Recently we had 4 squads, stomping each other in Ambush  having some really close fights..
3 squads left after a while.. Ambush search went from 30/60sec to 8min... when I just gave up lol
EU server, I often click Amb/Acq/Skir and you wait so long it may time out .. so you are forced to add Dom, it is the only place you can get deployed without a Goat sacrifice so mercs just go play Domination rather than get their hands dirty 
The only fix I can see is making it 8v8 (maybe reduced map-size) as it is a bad gamemode compared to the others for encouraging anything other than a Camp, because that is what the gamemode is set up to do, Camp. With 8v8 there could be some good battles and offer more tactics than who has enough to zerg the point, becasue of this, many will go to other search queue's and Dom becomes a fun gamemode.. WIN

I'm English and I play pretty much exclusively Skirm, but 90% of the time it's on the American server.

Skirm on EU server is empty, it's like driving down a desert highway, there's nobody doing anything,
or if there is they're treating it like domination and a 5 point game becomes a battle for 1 point.
That's how skirmish is played on the EU server.

If you want skirmish play FW or play on NA server.
EU is almost entirely Dom exclusive.
