JIMvc2 KILL-EM-QUICK Rise Of Legion. 1	Posted - 2015.09.18 05:28:00 - [1] - Quote After 2 months not playing and glad that I started college = yay. I played today and its just awful. Public is just cancer now, 2 squads of 4 on Team A while I get put in team B. Why haven't you guys allowed us to select contracts just like the unexceptional contracts system. Let us pick our battles, NOT searching. I've been making threads about this but no no effing blue tag. I've never seen such a terrible system in any game in my life. I don't play anymore so I'm proud of that but today. You guys nailed it in the coffin. I agree, I should of left after the 2013 catastrophic Fanfest event. My character from summer 2012 to 2015. Time to ( insert awesome word here) How can we have fun when the match making is like this. Remember when we asked for team deployment = ignored it huh. I'm not insulting but I am telling the truth. Seriously, for those of us that's been around since at least Chrome, when did all the match making woes hit the fan like sh!t? In Uprising 1.4 when Scotty was introduced. Some people say we don't have enough players for proper match making; interestingly enough, there wasn't a proper match maker before Scotty and we didn't really have too many more players than we have now. Yet, from my recollection we had far more balanced matches then. Trying to bring the slayer logi back.... unsuccessfully so far.

As soon as Scotty was introduced not only did the serious team stacking begin but it also went nuts and started making 2v16,5v6,10vs4, and 0v4-12 type matches. Went on for a bit and after a bit a of tweaking it started giving us even teams again and then a few months later it freaked out again but not as badly and then they kind of fixed it again and then started freaking out a bit again; and it's just going to keep on doing that. As far as team stacking, well I never had such lopsided battles, it was either one team fell behind a bit or it went down to the wire with an occasional stomping from the glitch abusers (not that, that's the reason they stomped, they had good players too but they eventually made it public they weren't shy about using glitches so that's what I call them). Since Scotty has been introduced I could probably count the number of matches that weren't a stompfest for one side or the other on one hand, I'll be generous and say maybe both hands. The point is a decent match wasn't hard to come and good matches weren't near being rare back then, now blue moons are more common than both combined. Reason, players are stressed to meet the 30 win goal to get the SKIN, and bail the second they see it's a lost battle, leaving the rest of the team hanging in the wind = Stomp. Some people even leave when they see familiar corps in the play list, without knowing if the actual players are any good, or just joined the corp 2 days ago. Sadly this will be case for most events, but at least we now have a goal for winning. During the Krin's salvage run it was even worse since most people just dicked around blowing up installations left and right (me included). Then the ratio was 95% vs 5%. I take 60-70% stomps any day, and actually enjoy this event greatly. (Especially since I decided to run in standard suites that I'm not fully skilled in, using weapons I'm not familiar with) I'm bit of a masochist...
