Hi. Ok, so total Newbie, though, after having played EVE for many years have decided to give console gaming a try ... Question: I purchased the Tactical Edition (Game Pack) from the PlayStation store and, when I load Dust-514 on the console and select my (only) character, I see a list of dropsuits and extras I can associate with the player. However, I picked a suit, e.g. the 'Mauler' Sentinal A-I, loaded it onto the character and carried on into the game, expecting the suit to appear in my list of assets - but it hasn't - and it doesn't appear if I try and create a new dropsuit from the dropsuit fitting page. Have I done something obviously wrong? Thanks! |

If you 'assigned' it to your character, you should have it. I've had pre-fitted suits not show up in my assets before, but they definitely should be in your inventory for suit creation. However, just note that the Mauler Sentinel A-1 suit I believe requires you to at least have Heavy Dropsuit Skill to 3 and Amarr Heavy Dropsuit to 1 to be able to use this suit. See if the suit you're trying to create is in RED text, which means you don't have the skills available yet to use that suit.
EDIT: when you go to create a fitting, items in red are at the very bottom of your available list.
If you're brand new, you won't get this skill for a bit and it shouldn't be the first skills you put your SP into at this point and time as a brand new player. Core skills should be your first focus.
