Flux grenade also nocks out affected persons tacnet+plus messes with hud(static effect).
So even if they have a sissy hiding in the back spamming scanners just Chuck a flux at his squad and they won't be able to see you or your team. This also has a level tier per flux nade.
Standard flux:4 seconds.
Adv flux:6 seconds
Proto flux:8 seconds
(Might wanna tweak that a little lower though,just a estimate value)
Just throw a flux to disrupt the enemies huds and stop them from seeing any friendly or enemy tags.
So that guy that just came into the room might be an enemy or a friend.(leave hitmarkers on so its not too op)
This is a viable solution that doesn't nerf scanners directly,and makes justifying the use of adv and proto flux grenades much more than just a standard flux to save pg/CPU/isk.

If fluxes are messing with the electronics of scanners they should naturally also mess with cloaks and rep tools.. Because ... Science.

Here is a pointless bump so people will actually discuss and not just be pointless.
Easist fix for scanners and would encourage people to use proto flux grenades over core locus.
