Ok, this is just a sugestion, since I am not even sure this is a problem, but a lot of people complain about it, so this might be a solution to that complaint.
Assign to each side of the conflict a fixed ammount of deployable heavy things (heavy dropsuit, tanks, dropships), so that these classes might not be abused and used with care.
In a 16 man team, maybe open like 4 heavy dropsuit slots and 4 heavy vehicle slots that can be claimed.
Anyone could fill these spots, but once full no one would be able to spawn in them until the current taker dies.
This kind of feature usually is present on team based shooters, like in AA where theres only one machine gun per squad, 1 sniper, and 1-2 people with grenade launchers, 1 medic, rest are standard soldiers for each team of 6.
This could put a limit on the availability of these troops on the field.

As much as I would love to never be able to spawn... I only have 2 loadouts: heavy suit with HMG and heavy suit with swarm launcher for anti-vehicle support. My skills are going into vehicle stuff and I'm using what fits my play style to be able to actually earn points for those vehicle skills.
I have a feeling the people who say the heavy suit is so overpowered haven't actually used it. It's not so invincible if you don't run up and suck on the HMG barrel like half the people I run into do. |

Disagree with this tought let people play how they want to limit a teams load out would take away from freedom plus how much fun would it be kitting lots of heavies with hosers they would likly go mad, people somehow got it into ther head the heavies are overpowered but a heavy is very limited when it comes to using position advantage sure they can take cover but flanking manuvers for them are damn near impossible sure they can take down a assult sharpish but they have a gatteling gun for crying out load, they take to much abuse there carring around enough armor that they most likly would not be able to move with out what ever exo they have for mov assist |

Problem, What If I only train in heavy dropsuits, and nothing else, What the hell do I do If a spot gets taken by another player, use one of the lame pre made dropsuits just for another players benifit on having limited Heavy, Tanks, etc, Implemented into the game. I thought this game was about player choice, not one players disagreement with the games current ideas for deployment. |

This is goofy. An all heavy team would get wiped. |

So I can't spawn with a heavy when I want to, and throw out 6-7 million of my SP wasted, because some new guy is testing out a militia heavy? I am not terribly fond of this idea, to be perfectly honest. I don't wanted to be forced to play my Scout Scrambler or my Scout Sniper. |
