It's not nearly as bad as the last one, at least. Those objective hacks and installation kills were BS. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed there's so little meat to this one. Earn 2500 WP? Kill 150 people? Finish5 battles? And all over the course of ten whole days. You won't miss this one unless you forget to pay your electricity bill. If you want to get the Amarr SKIN you have to win 30 battles, but that's either easy or slightly less easy depending on whether or not it's any match or Factionals only, since it is an Amarr specific event. |

Are those ones repeating? Wow, that's a lot of SP to be had, then. Hopefully you're right. That's also pretty tough to keep up with the kills, though. Especially if you don't play slayer roles or aren't really that good with your gun game. I figured it was going to be more like the Krin's Salvage event, with some set, un-rerollable dailies that were just there until the event ended, and if you completed them at any point that was it. |

If the 150 kills per day thing is true that will kind of suck hard. I mean even if your good at killing people, able get 20-40 kills in a match. That's still a good 4-5 matches minimum in where neither team just gives up and gets redlined at around 100 clones. Your not getting 50 kills in a match where the other team gives up early on. Maybe the event will help some but for the most part it's really hard to get into matches these days, let alone good ones where both teams are full and actually try.
For the normal people who don't chase kills and might actually try to pus the objectives your looking at a more moderate 10-15 kills a match. Meaning you need to complete 10+ good matches daily to get the reward. Like other people have said it's not as bad as the objective hacks, or vehicle kill assist of previous events but it's pretty sad.
I mean 2500 WP is basically one or two battles, why is the kill one so high?

I can do that in 3 matches if I try.

I think they did that to encourage actual fights and lessen the incentive to leave matches but the matchmaking is what screws that up for most .
I play logi for the most part when I'm not in zerg mode using a scout but just strap on a HMG and that will lessen the push .
I think it's going to be a fun event if it just runs right with out any issues , I just wish they would start to make event suits universal , having them to fit all sizes instead of just for medium suits .
That would make them more valuable to me but having the aurum , SP's and that suit to boot , it's going to be nice to see how this works out .
Wish they would throw in some components and that would be the icing on the cake .
I could understand some not being excited though .
I just hope we don't have any performance issues .

Frankly I just hope the game doesn't crash for the first few days of the event like it did on some of the more recent events.

Really want that skin but part of me can't help but feel that its not too dissimilar to the Templar skin.... Actually looks better than the Templar skin in my opinion.
