Women players are ruthless. Just saying. Some of the biggest "balls" I've seen (rushing objectives and reds and killing everything in their path) have been some of the females in my current Corp. Guys can play and can play well but, in all honesty, some of the absolute best players I have seen in Dust, are female.

In all seriousness anything at all that you can do like this, you should. Tie them to AUR sales for certaain item or during certain time periods etc. THIS is the kind of thing that would make DUST more than just a game.
