What is it: have you wanted to PC and you're able to field 16 members of your own corp, but don't know the strategies? Have you wanted to call a corp out, but they don't have a district, nor do you? Do you have members you want to train, but don't have the ability to field them, less you lose a district? Well, what we're offering is a private chat that is EVE controlled and password protected, so that two 8 man squads of Corp A can q-sync against 2 8 man squads of Corp B in faction warfare, without having the hassle of people trying to ruin the queue. If you want terms to be placed (i.e. Corp A can only run APEX because Corp B can't field a full team of proto), then do it! This is your sandbox, we're just providing the structure.

AE will provide the backbone of this, hosting tournaments with potential give aways (plus street cred), and we can ban corps who don't abide by the rules set forth during the agreement stage (mind you, proof will be required), but we will mostly leave this up to you on an honor system. We want this to successful, but it's success will be dependent upon your drive to participate, so please, participate and have fun!

I will be opening up an official, Dust Prime League challenge thread later today, and we will start allowing people in the chat before the weekend. Two members of each corp willing to participate will be allowed in the chat, and will be allowed to stay until removed for rule violations, or otherwise. Be nice... we aren't afraid to bench your corp for a week, or longer.

As long as corps are willing to participate and have fun, we will provide the framework. Besides, PC has such a small number of maps (6, technically... 3 installations and 2 layouts... not counting 2 in 2 out or 3 in 2 out as different, because it is just city or bridge, basically) that I think this will, truly, provide a lot of fun for the community. I'll think about this but what would be really nice is instead of searching for battle on FW (Timer). Why not have a long list of Gal vs Cal / Amarr vs Min FW Contracts that appear on a list. *Very similar to that mini testing took place when CCP was testing the portals. The Unexpected Contracts section. Two sections would appear though. 1) Normal FW Contracts for solo and squad players and 2) Corporation FW Contracts where 16 man squads or 2 of 8 man squads can battle Corp A vs Corp B. This would drastically change competition and would make FW much better for everyone and the corps who want to grow. I hope Ratatti and the team take notes on this because it can change and get rid of this ugly searching for battle. This way if corps want to have a 1 vs 1 then Corp A has to QQ on a contract and notify Corp B where the battle will take place. This way both corps have no problem and in the end no one loses much.
