Star Wars The Old Republic suffers from this "Let's put 90% of dev efforts on the cash-store and 10% on new game content!" problem.

You do realize there is probably a bunch of people working on all the other things while a few release skins in the mean time right? I think changing a color palate on a suits appearance is minor compared to the other issues they are working on.
I do admit CCP has always been lacking in public relations as to informing the public on their progress with problems or updates.

- Caldari scout
- Amarr heavy
- Gallente medium
- Minmatar heavy
