We were losing. MCC had already lost its shields and armor was getting damaged fast. The enemy had MCC with around 50% shields left still. Everytime I hacked an objetive, the enemy hacked another. They were relentless, and had always 3 of the 4 cannons on. I almost gave up.
Then suddenly, we had all the cannons, don't know how the ****. Our MCC armor was at 50% HP by that time. They put some uplinks nearby but the tank offensive crippled them into not leaving the spot. I infiltrated with my scout suit to eliminate all the uplinks. They got redlined. Eveytime the enemy tried to hack one of the objetives, we counter hacked it back. It was an epic battle.
I'm not sure how out of the sudden the odds turned into our favor for the win. But these are the types of matches that I love. Afaik there were no squads here, on neither team. Some major corp players but I think they were playing alone. I guess I'll keep dreaming of no-squad pubs and getting matches like these on the very rare occasion.

And it is battles such as this that keep us all playing this game, with all of its problems and bugs. It's the reason some of us get so passionate about the game because we can truly see that when the stars align - DUST 514 offers some of the best FPS multiplayer gameplay that exists.
Now if that was the rule instead of the exception, just imagine where this game might be.

I know mate, I have a fairly beasty gaming rig sat next to my crappy PS3 yet in my opinion the better shooter is on that old PS3.
Don't get me wrong, Battlefield 4 is epic on the PC with all the graphics maxed out and 64 player battles. However it's missing the adrenaline fuelled fights that I get when playing DUST. (That being said BF4 has really really got the vehicles down to a "T" They feel so good and balanced in that game)
I can only assume its a mixture of DUST`s generally higher TTK (than BF4 for instance) and the fact that Loss has some sort of value to the player. (Well possibly).
