What's awesome is that when I login in the mornings, I get thrown into perma-Doms while looking for that one win a day you need for maximum from minimum, and I know I have no better or worse than a 50/50 chance at it no matter what I do. Fired up bf4 for the first time in a year to discover they had actually finally got around to fixing some of its performance issues and the gungame isn't hampered by the shoddy performance of the netcode. Same issues as usual, only worse. Framerate drops, been getting a lot more actual lag in gmes (I know the difference), hit detection is still spotty. Same old stuff that has always existed, just gotten worse instead of better in 3 years. I always understood CCP was a small team with little resources and it was a f2p game so I didn't mind it much, just having a hard time overlooking it anymore. Pub matches are usually not fun, running solo is a nightmare, fw is a farming ground for anyone who doesnt sync teams, and PC is....well it just takes too much prep time. Dust feels like more of a chore than a game right now and that fact is highlighted by the performance problems. MgsV and Taken King and FFXIVHW are serving just fine to pass the time until the next update tho lol. Hell naw...to the naw naw naw...hell to the naw.
