It would be nice to earn 60% percent of whatever I kill to my own personal paycheck regardless of win or loss. It motivates me a little harder to stay and fight proto stomps.
Actually isn't this a good counter to stomps? You'll have a good chance of actually getting money. And stompers will find it harder to deal with the Influx of enemies.
A team of four joins all protostompers and kdr padders. They start killing the enemy and their morale
In scenario A(the way we are know people would just leave since there's no point in fighting.)
In scenario B(with 60% people would fight as hard as they could agaisnt the stomp because the enemy would literally be wearing their paycheck,thus stompers won't get bored but have more of a challenge as people will be swarming to kill them,thus showing their really skill in keeping their squad and themselves alive) (And even if you lose you still get 60% of all the isk you destroyed to help you keep fighting against stomps)
Come on folks lets get this to be a thing. Heck make it an event.
The cashgrab. You can see if this is balanced by making it an event for a month or so. And new players will have a better chance of actually having money to fight with.

+1 I like because it will cause that desire to kill. You know when you see an officer suit and you want to kill it so badly? It will start to be like that except for proto and adv

I remember when I started playing this game. I thought the salvage screen would be full of stuff I killed and the isk i got payed was from people I killed and wasn't actually the payout for the win/loss. So I was striving to murder as much as possible because I thought the amount of kills and wp along with the win or loss would make the isk I killed multiply. Too bad that's not the case.

I like this idea.
I would like to see the % be based on item tier that you killed however.
Example:
0% chance you salvage MLT/BSC gear you kill
25% salvation ADV gear you kill
35% salvage PRO gear you kill
45% salvage Officer gear you kill.
I guess we disagree on the %, but I definitely agree that there should be a greater chance at reward for hunting down those office suits.

This discussion has been had before in several different contexts. The primary issue is that you can't just add 60% keep what you kill without removing some of the current rewards (which are based on equipment destroyed), at least you can't without inflating match payouts. Inflated payouts inevitably lead to more proto gear, and so more proto stomping. If you take rewards out of the current WP-based rewards structure, then you run the risk of denying rewards to a broad spectrum of legitimate play styles that don't focus on killing.
It's wishful thinking that pushing a few numbers around on a spreadsheet can fix the laundry list of core issues, from map and game mode design to a lackluster spawning system, that cause the "stomp" gameplay Dust experiences. The game has had this problem essentially since release except at the points in the beta where the devs provided SP and ISK in such quantities as to render them basically meaningless. Even Planetary Conquest matches where both teams are fighting all-out follow similar gameplay routines, though the redlining doesn't usually end up as severe as in pubs.
Adding some keep-what-you-kill as a component of a larger rewards restructuring is definitely worth going over, but I'm pretty sure adding to the current rewards without other substantive changes would be a mistake.

Good concept. But what about blueberries? Not that I give a damn about them, but how would they make money going 0/14 each battle? Does that mean they'll have to git gud? But.. CCP won't allow this.. CCP don't want them to git gud. They need sh!tty blueberries to live. So they must give them iskies ! Aaaaaaaaaah !!!
