So you would be in a better place to comment on people's gungame or lack thereof, because your perspective is completely skewed on who has it and who doesn't.

Did you expect me to stroke your ego with vague metaphors after inferring my friend and I (who would own you out of your tank) had no gun game?

I'm sorry to be a disappointment and not address the rest of your post....so I'll offer this to rectify that situation:

I'll take a well rounded and situationaly aware player (like Nate) able to do a lot of things well over one that tanks "amazingly" well every day of the week, and twice on Sunday nights. That, and tankers rarely if ever are the driving force behind winning matches -- infantry taking and holding points are. Hell, even good dropship pilots affect the outcome of a match more than tanks, whose role is marginalized in every map except the bridge map.

Does that sufficiently address your e-peen waving and self importance? If not, go beat up on unoccupied installations and feel better about yourself -- or play WoT or War Thunder and realize you're not as good of a tanker as you think you are -- and leave the gun game assessments to those who actually use them to win matches.

181 deaths on Random Gunz. Turned a 5 cap into a strategic 3-4 cap bleed. Apparently, RG was talking trash in the trade channels after we rang against them for Savage Bullet and lost two games so we decided so show them kicking a hornet's nest is not a wise idea. For some reason, they didn't even show a full team for the second battle. Good games guys. It was a very fun battle and we look forward to seeing you on the battle field again. I do play WoT and War Thunder. T-34 bruh. And it's not exactly my e-peen but just facts that have been dropped. I can act as a distraction, gal logi and a bulwark all at once simply by activating a couple of modules. And I don't necessarily need your personal nod of approval when there are other people who appreciate what I can do.

Currently tanks are unable to shift a battle, but a good tanker can prevent shifts from occuring. Sniping down dropships in 2 shots or just make the infantry scurry like ants with a Ion cannon or my XT-201. It's not about how much damage you can do, or how many you can kill; it's about how well you can occupy a role. I'm a tanker. Nothing more, nothing less. Now if you or Nate have the gumption, get in a tank and we'll see exactly how well rounded ya'll are.

I'm not quite sure how proclaiming yourself an "amazing tanker" can be interpreted as anything but e-peen, or how suggesting neither Nate or I have gun game (based on complete ignorance of my playstyle) is factual....and I'm glad you don't need my personal nod of approval. Moving past that, I hope you would beat me in a tank as I've played in them only slightly more than I've used a mass driver. Why? Because tanks are at best a distraction with little strategic impact when it comes to winning matches in Dust.

Just embrace it and own it, but let's not pretend they are more than they are -- marginalized, as they have been from day 1. Which explains, in part, why I never really had any interest in them.
