step 1, upgrade internet! (where possible)
thing is I still get weird lag, the server and game's performance isn't quite right, if they can figure that out then DUST will run smoothly and at a higher frame rate.
I'm so glad to be free of the caveman connection, it was literally like making a fire with two sticks. |

Some people (thank god not me) can only have dial-up because there aren't any cable lines going out to them (or fiber for that matter)
While others have cable but no fiber capabilities because the damn companies who run those areas don't want to have to compete with better companies that will slither in once fiber lines are run.
It's an unfortunate mess.

Winning in Dust requires a 56k or mobile connection. This will give you god like ability once you learn to adapt. Us scrubs on high speed internet are brought down to those levels anyway so why does it matter.
