Given that we have quite a few more people revisiting the IGS and Fiction Sections I though it would probably be a good time for me to get some serious project writing done to not only completely put the proverbial pen to paper and express Kador's story but also as practice in keeping to dead lines a producing chapter sized passages within a week.
Ideally I'll be trying to produce works from various stages of Kador and Satja's lives on a weekly basis tying into the larger decades long narrative I've composed from them. As I am currently working on the first one I'll have to establish a deadline for the first work and then set that for subsequent weeks so that people know when to expect them.
So without further ado I am going back to writing. Here's a small teaser so you know what to expect. Remember this is not the finished product and so will likely have changed by the time the finalised chapter is posted.
Teaser:
Tash-Murkon Region - Marthia II, Ver Undali Gardens of the Ouryon Estate [Introductory Passage]
GÇ£I donGÇÖt even know why he bothered to contact us.GÇ¥ Said Kador bitterly pushing a portion of his Rockfish, drizzled with the citric notes of lemon juice and a light, creamy dressing that made the dish somewhat spicy, with a piece of flat bread. He received little in the way of a response from the other Amarrian youth situated opposite him at the modest looking outdoor table that the servants had moved into the courtyard for them. She seemed altogether too deeply concerned with the careful, even graceful, manner with which she nibbled at the last few vestiges of her own dish, a thinner cut of the fresh seafood served on fruited rice. Perhaps it was that she was completely devoid of opinion on the matter itself or deemed it inappropriate for her to share her perspective on the matter given the nature of their childhood relationship. Kador almost thanked her for that, he found the topic distasteful. A cool wind blew through the courtyard bringing the pair a moment of relief. Marthian days were hot, especially those on the Ver Undali coastlines which comprised some of the more geographically tropical regions of the continent. His family had been fortunate enough after the dissolution of the main household to retain but a few of their ancestral holdings, the villa and vineyard along the coast had been but one of a dozen things that his father had been able to salvage. Situated atop a windswept bluff overlooking a small port town he found the traditionally constructed villa and the vast tracts of cultivable vineyards surrounding it to be just about the most exciting place a young Amarrian could have had the opportunity to grow up. Kador lounged back in his chair thumbing the rim of his frosted glass of ice water and loosened the top button of his jacket, black velvet with a golden embroider down the seam. The cut of the jacket suited the Udorian princeling rather well accentuating his broad, still developing shoulders, and giving his angular face a hawkish appearance that his mother often remarked was rather flattering. It had been she who had chosen today's attire, though for what reason he could not fathom. A pair of matching velvet pants that fit the form rather well and a new pair of knee high leather boots in an officer's styling that had been polished the previous day. He screened his eyes from the noonday sun, in this heat he looked ridiculous. Were it not for the reaching arms of the overhead canopies the sun would likely have prevented them taking their lunch outdoors entirely, and even now the shade produced by the verdant flax of the gardens beckoned to him conjuring fond memories of juvenile days passed without care amongst them. The courtyard itself was a small tidy expanse. Brick work laid in concentric designs around a small central marble fountain carved into the modestly clad shape of the Priestess Anoyia. Extending out from the traditionalist portico of the villa and ringed by high walls it was a private affair and the kind that Kador often found himself attracted to for the quiet solitude it offered. Several pair of columns rose up from the ground, the dated Corinthian style, going nowhere as like to trees of windswept stone around which trails of ivy had begun to creep. Were it not for their sudden coming of age heGÇÖd likely have suggested they once again set off into the wilderness of carefully tended greenery to spend the afternoon hours lost in fantastic vistas of their own imagining. Likely now heGÇÖd be mocked and derided as a child. If only Miral didnGÇÖt have to wear a dress.

I have been waiting for something like this from you for a very long time. I have been craving the character stories of many people, one of which includes Kador. I wish more people would do this like Galm Fae and Jonny D. Buelle, along with many others I am interested in. As always, Templar Adamance, an outstanding piece of writing. The words seem to flow perfectly together painting a rather specific, and beautiful picture. If only The Conway Chronicles could flow like this. I envy your talent. I look forward to hearing more from you.

Well my dead line for this piece is Monday giving me three days to produce this, proof read it, and post.
At 6 A4 pages, with 10 script size, the frame is starting to take shape and really only needs formatting at this point to make everything clear.
I'll even probably be doing several revisions to make sure everything is properly and succinctly explained.
Another Teaser:
" He flushed suddenly keeping his eyes fixed on the ground. What sort of thought was that to be having over lunch, he thought to himself abashed. All women of age wore dresses in the latest fashions, his friend Miral included amongst them having reached her fourteenth birthday but a month past. That had been the end of their childhood, and though Kador himself were not of age himself, he felt a keen longing for the old days. He glanced up. Breath caught as he met the eyes of his guest. Daughter of his fatherGÇÖs political ally and a long time playmate for his from his youth. Her expression was one of curiosity, corners of her full lips slightly upturned. GÇ£My Lord Father. Wise diplomat of the courts too busy to return home to see his family serving the Powerful, the Rich, and the Household...... it that shashing order.GÇ¥ He continued acrimoniously letting his frustrations manifest themselves and flow out of him in a rush. GÇ£Oh donGÇÖt be glib Kador, itGÇÖs unbecoming of you.GÇ¥ The voice belonged to Miral, the girl seated opposite him sipping at her own glass with a grace beyond her years. Her face was uncommon by all accounts, and in all the right ways. Round, features delicate and petite to match her slender build. She wore her long golden hair over her right shoulder in the current fashion amongst the ladies of the court, pulled back against her scalp and bound in a long trail by intricately wrought platinum banding. Her pale green eyes passed over him for the briefest of moments then away to the flower beds around them. Miral was only several months his senior and old enough to now have a retinue present for all of her social gatherings. They stood an acceptable distance back from the table just out of earshot minding their own business but watchful for any perceived impropriety. It had occurred to the young princeling that sheGÇÖd attended the Estate with increasing frequency of late and was rarely accompanied by her parents anymore, just her younger siblings. It mattered little to him though as he found looking at her to be particularly enjoyable. She knew this too and delighted in making him aware of that fact. GÇ£When did you start using that word Miral? I thought it was only my mother who used that term to rebuke me so.GÇ¥ GÇ£It is then my good fortune that it was you lady mother who explained to me both the correct means of doing so and the necessity of it. I find it refreshing to have one over your verbally now.GÇ¥ Her laughter was a slight tinkling of song birds. GÇ£Joy of joys.GÇ¥ He mumbled back with a slight grin. GÇ£I shall have to have words with this lady mother of mine. I cannot have her passing out word of my shortcomings so willingly.GÇ¥ From amidst the retinue there came the sounds of a hollow conversation, what should have been slight reminder from the female attendants, in their shawls that the conversation was bordering on the casual. It mattered little to either of them though. GÇ£Again Kador you glibnesousity is showing. DonGÇÖt tell me you find conversation on equal terms unappealing, youGÇÖve always had a sharp tongue and keener sense for words.GÇ¥ GÇ£Glibness.GÇ¥ He corrected. GÇ£IGÇÖm sorry?GÇ¥ That knowing smile yet again. GÇ£ItGÇÖsGǪ..GÇ¥ He looked into her green eyes again. This time she reciprocated with a pointed glance. GÇ£You did that on purpose, wanted see if IGÇÖd correct you.GÇ¥ GÇ£Yes. And yesGǪGÇ¥ GÇ£But why?GÇ¥ He asked confused. She often seemed to understand more of himself than even he did. GÇ£Why? What ever do you mean Ka.GÇ¥ Ka. It had been her name for him ever since they were but children in the same creche taking their Sabbath Day lessons from the same Abbot. Somehow it seemed more right to him that his own name. Kador. His damnable father had thought of that one. It was too noble a name. Far beyond his householdGÇÖs standing. Why couldnGÇÖt he name a normal name like Kaldrin or Kallas. GÇ£Come on MiralGǪ..I mean why do you tease me so?GÇ¥ GÇ¥You see unlike Isiom whose mind is particularly unrefinedGǪ.in-erudite you might even say, and donGÇÖt you correct meGǪ. You on the other hand, while admittedly rather more so clever, are as predictable a boy as IGÇÖve ever met. I just like reminding myself of that.GÇ¥ He blinked, confused, she often did this. Complimented him on one hand, but not too much, while insulting him or someone else at the same time. It was a marvellous naturally occurring trait of hers that heGÇÖd come to worship over time. He barely noticed when another small group of retainers brought another high backed chair out to their table from within the Villa, an immediately recognisable youth trailing behind them, he was too lost in his afternoon with her."

Sadly the deadline cannot be tomorrow ( Monday 31/08/15) as a result of a particularly long RP arc between EVE and Dusters stretching out beyond today and into tomorrow.
Thus the date is now set to each Wednesday with the first deadline being Wednesday 02/09/15. Sorry guys this RP I'm a part of is going to be a really good one and I don't want to miss out on it.

Hey True. Sorry, this has nothing to do with the thread, but if you could get on Skype and hit me up or e-mail me at [email protected] that'd be fantastic
If there were anything that would make me regret running for CPM, it would be Domination.
