They tried to fix it earlier but it wasn't enough, decreasing recoil by 80% and increasing ranger 20m will balance it perfectly! if not throw 10 more HP per round on it and it'll do fine! For balance reasons I would add that their entire ammo capacity is held in their clip so no reload and are treated as a sidearm.
