I was playing eve and some new player asked whats the easiest way to get isk. I told him to try to talk to viktor hadah or anyone you isk flips. Someone called me a scammer, and said you cannot transfer isk. Then I explained how it works, and then the player said he reported me for isk spamming.
IS IT ?

Ahoy!
Technically an ISK spammer is someone who is spamming a chat channel advertising some form of ISK selling that is a breach of our EULA. For example buying ISK on ebay or something like that. If I understand the question right, and we're talking about the EVE Online - DUST 514 ISK transfers /where you send ISK in EVE Online to a player who has an account in both games, and in return they send you some ISK in DUST 514/ all should be fine. This transfer method in itself, or scamming other players using this is not a breach of our EULA.
