This made me start to think, how about adding a new role to corps. One that serves as like a second CEO. Like for balance and stuff. And to avoid this.

So, there's CEO. Then there's vice CEO. Once someone is made vise CEO, they came do everything CEO can, except remove other CEO. And CEO can only remove that CEO through a multi step process or something. Idk.
