What is edit?
You may move them by editing them frame by frame, or simply edit the video before converting it to a gif.

I actually have a novelty account on reddit that has nothing but Anime GIFs.
Here, I've got around 450 of them IIRC,
There might be random other pictures in it, just ignore them.
I don't make them either. Think of me more like a GIF librarian.
EDIT: One of my favorites
