WarRavens, don't remember which ones they are, were my very first squad that gave me great advice on how to play this game. They didn't care that I was rolling around in a heavy suit exclusively. Barely had 3-4 million SP and they let me play all night with them. IN FW!!!
They died so much cuz of me that night and I didn't get cussed out once or kicked from the squad. They Great PPL.

WarRavens - one of the very few big or old corps i respect. They tend to use cheaper stuff if they see noob competition on the other team and thats respectful.

Eh personally I never go proto, pretty much ever. It's too frustrating to lose 150k+ suit in some stupid death for that slight advantage it would give you over the 20-50k apex suit. I don't have trillions of isk so I still worry about cost effectiveness in battle.As such I set my goals on something I'm willing to die in 5-10 times a match without worrying about it too much. To me it's better to have a cheaper suit your willing to risk to push the objectives than to have an expensive suit your too afraid to actually use.
Funny thing is this is the second anti WarRaven rant I've seen lately on the forums.

funny, ive actually gone stomping with you the day i got our kaakakiota heavy skins. it got that bad we had to switch to advanced and ended up with nearly 40 kills each, i see your members flying round with officer combat rifles that i sell them or proto and watch them slay there back out while also being a logi farming WP like no tomorrow.
i see a few people say this and that about my brothers, usually there people with a lot to lose......

Wish I would have bumped into your Gallente friends last week   because I ran into squad after squad of well co-ordinated Caldari fighters while I was in Gallente FW. Including squads of your guys.

War Ravens are one of my favorite corps in New Eden. It's always a fun match against them and they have helped my corp in PC battles in the past when we were short on mercs. Free of charge as well.
