Just say you were joking. They can't prove that was really your intention until you actually made a transaction. As long as you have not made one yet I think you are safe.

Eh, if it is you, then it should be fairly easy to track. All they would need is the IP of the person posting on facebook and to cross reference that with the IP that your account is using. I'm sure FB would provide the information (They already sell practically everything else to companies anyways).
Attempts are included in the EULA. See here.

That actually can't be legally done, so you know. No law has been implemented allowing this and only the government can do it with probable cause/justification such as a REAL crime. Aside from that, most internet providers will not release that information anyway which is why there is so much controversy over the subject.

It really is a sad story... so much that I cannot bring myself to speak of this again.
These comments are not attempts at RMT, but cries for help and TLC from those who stood by while he was abused
