You cant pigeon-hole a single country into each of factions, there's too much involved.
Gallente are a nice mix of ancient Greek ideals with modern French and American social aspects, also a mix of those 3 because of their great demonstrations of democracy.
Caldari can mostly fit a mix of Imperial Japan, facist Germany and corporate America. "A place for everthing and everything in its place" the ultra efficiency and honor codes of the first two and the strict adherence to meritocracy and profit-maegins of the later.
Amarr very well do fit the mark of ancient Rome, with her holdingals, militarism and social arrogance. Add the aspect of a fanatic religion and its pretty par for the course.
The Minmatar are usually characterized as a collection of tribes, that more or less dont get along, like tribal Africa and dark age Scandinavia, they band together to push back an outside foe, or a powerful force, but theyre pretty happy being semi-nomadic to themselves.

Point out in the bible anywhere that condones suicide and enslavement/genocide of others because they don't follow.
I'm sure you could look in the Old Testament for some pretty gruesome things that would be lauded as noble acts because they were in the name of God. How then in their inclusion in the bible which purportedly teaches God's message is that not more or less a moral justification for say genocides like those undertaken during the Crusades against the Saracens or the 'enemies of Israel' (Book of Joshua where the sun stood still)? Also.... Leviticus 25:44-46 ESV " As for your male and female slaves whom you may have: you may buy male and female slaves from among the nations that are around you. You may also buy from among the strangers who sojourn with you and their clans that are with you, who have been born in your land, and they may be your property. You may bequeath them to your sons after you to inherit as a possession forever. You may make slaves of them, but over your brothers the people of Israel you shall not rule, one over another ruthlessly." The two are from the King James Bible..... Colossians 4:1 - " Masters, give unto [your] servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven." Titus 2:9-10 - " [Exhort] servants to be obedient unto their own masters, [and] to please [them] well in all [things]; not answering again; " However with relevance to New Eden what genocide are you speaking of? The Amarr haven't undertaken a deliberate act of genocide against the Minmatar or any enslaved race throughout their histories. They've never had to. I should have gotten you to write my origin story. https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=2919929#post2919929
Im disheartened by the lack of tacos in that story.
