Dropship operation should reduce heat build up of blaster turrets by 10% per level.
This allows a gunnar with ds op. V who has a pilot with ds op v to fire out the entire magazine without overheating.

wouldn't be bad if it was only blasters, but if my railbus could do that, dropships would drop like flies and tanks would cry blue murder, the dropships current bonus applies to both.
there needs to be a dropship specific blaster, the current one works great mounted on a stationary LAV, but the dropship needs something that has a big cone of fire that doesn't narrow in as it is fired, it needs to be longer ranged and harder hitting with lots of rounds.

Percentages are not additive, they're multiplicative.
So you'd take the heat buildup and multiply it by .5, then by .5 again. It amounts to a 75% reduction, not a 100%.
