Light and heavy both need significant buff imo. Mostly cos i have those 2 upgraded.
They fine how they are but maybe nerf the autocannon a wee bit |

Yeah, Im fine with both, but the Heavy Machine Gun kills wayyy too fast. But maybe this will change when the assholes face my 500 000 isk Assauly custom loaded prototype suit. Yeah, good luck heavies. |

Stood toe to toe with a heavy in mine and won. Prototype Assault suits + gun game are OP |

But the problem is that when the game releases, it'll Take months to get that, and how many players will be willing to wait that long on a free game? |

umm if you're point black range infront of a gatling gun, and you don't go down after a few hundred bullets go screaching through you, than that would be a bug. the mini gun sucks at longer ranges, and a heavy is a sitting duck even when sprinting a lot of times for good snipers. I've been on both sides of the heavy (as a heavy, and as other stuff) and if you're not a heavy, don't go toe to toe with it, hit it at mid to long range and be done with it. have a teammate flank it and take it on from both directions... they are designed for toe to toe fighting against vehicles and infanty, but at distance, or being attacked from multile angles of attack they die so easy. |

Heavy dropsuits are fine, the only problem is that auto-cannons needs to be nerfed a little. |

Are you implying they would wait longer if they were paying for the priveledge? Some people have been playing EVE for years, and CCP is designing an FPS along a similar development philosphy as EVE. I imagine they'll hook some people long enough for them to get into whatever it is they want to use in game. |

there are no auto-cannons in the game...... there are heavy machine guns but if you go to the auto-cannons part of the market it is empty so not sure what you are talking about??
but on another note I think they are both quite balanced as of right now I play both scout and heavy sometimes and found both to do they jobs nicely. And i think that if anyway confronts a heavy head on in a lighter suit close range that they should die fast, so just do not get close range easy and simple as that. |

Half of the fun of Eve is skilling and rubbing your hands together in anticipation of the moment you can get your hands on then next tier of sweet sweet gear. I don't think anyone who enjoys shooters will have a problem waiting to get into the awesome drop suits/weapons. |
