Bad news from SONY! I think that all PS3 gamers know that! SONY will STOP online support (for PS3) after 2016 and will stop make games (for PS3) after 2017. How will we play DUST? CCP should start thinking about DUST on PS4! 4 -+ months left!

The ps3 support (fixes) will be stoped not the ONLINE... Even de ps2 has online support 5 years later when ps3 appear.

If indeed true, then when they say they will stop online support they mean from a technical stance. They aren't going to shut their online servers off, they just won't care if you try to submit tickets to them and they won't roll out any software updates. Sony isn't stupid, they know they can still make money off the PS3, maybe not as much as when it was their top console, but they can still make decent amounts in the background.
Microsoft did the same thing with windows. You can still use old operating systems, they just don't update them to keep up with other software and they don't support bug fixes.

Of indeed they did cut it off, I'm sure if this was to happen all major gaming industries would be notified as well as customers

Online support doesn't necessarily refer to servers coming down. It likly refers to fixes and updates to the console.
It's kinda like when windows stops support for a version of it's software. It doesn't mean it becomes unusable. |

I would quite fucking happy if this was true, because it means CCP can't just sit on the edge all day long.
Either port, or stop trying to squeeze money out of a game you refuse to invest more than a tea spoon of resources to.
