I think that Mr. Hamster was assassinated by Rattati. So I believe that before Rattati left on his family stuffs he put chloroform on the hamster that runs the server. Which explains why the server has been a bit wonky lately and why I can only join 3 games a night. Frame on the other hand is not involved at all because he just cant be framed for something he didn't do. Now, you might be asking yourself, why rattati? I think rattati is not he we think he is. He is a master at the art of bait. He came in fooling us that he would help the game, but what if he is doing the opposite? I asked a friend of mine which you might know by now, Songs of Seraphim if he thought something was up. He said "Slender you sound like a complete idiot right now. Go back to farming your damn plants." There you have it. Rattati is to blame for Mr. Hamsters death. Wheres MHPD when you need them.

You got it all wrong.
What he did is froze a sedative coated in corn syrup into an ice cube. He then dropped the ice cube into the hamsters water bottle as he was leaving. This way it took a full day after him leaving for the ice cube to melt, the corn syrup to break down, and the sedative to dissolve into the water releasing him of all blame because he was thousands of miles away in Iceland at the time of the drugging.
