The Rattati Modified is even better. Faster, good armor hp, amazing armor repair rate, double light weapon and two equipment slots. Its a beast.
(But being honest, I would love to see the the DEVs facing each other in their respective official suit and official weapons) |

As far as I know neither of them are actually developers.
Ratatti is the Dust 514 director. << Best director Dust has ever had. Could be one of the best directors of any game but CCP has left him in a bit of a tight spot.
Frame is a community manager. << Best community manager I have seen from any game.
Maybe I am just too picky in thinking that a true developer comparison should be comprised of people that program. Yes, I realize that by definition being a developer does not require programming.
Remove NPC orbitals from FW. -- Fix orbital timers for Eve players assisting in Planetary Conquest.

Armor tank
Extra equipment slot (more useful than a sidearm)
Kalante and balac have higher kick/dispersion and gal bonus really kicks in their
Slap a Kincat and it super fast.
And10+ rep.

no contest im sorry to say and this is why, during the player/ccp event Frames shot me point blank in the face with a sniper rifle. since then he's been my favourite Dev, don't get me wrong all the Devs are hard working awesome people and tolerate a lot from us. best Devs ever, best forums ever, CCP ftw
