Omaarion27 Inner.Hell 13	Posted - 2015.08.10 12:47:00 - [1] - Quote i have recently found out about this problem and would like to alert you so that you can perhaps prevent use of this exploit. as it harms new players experience meaning new player are discouraged from playing which leads them to quit the game harming dust in the long run. it is unfair that veterans with over 50 mil sp+ are playing against academy freshies how dont even know how to fit there own drop-suits or even aim properly. i myself have been made aware of the methods and have proof but will not disclose the method to prevent further exploitation. Is that correct? Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

You get bumped from the Academy when you accumulate a certain number of lifetime WP. Most new players don't kill 30 people in their first match. If they are killing 30 people in the Academy then they are probably ready for Pubs. I do agree there should be more of a threshold before they can que for Factional Warfare. I also think there should be messaging to let them know their progress toward getting access to FW so they can work toward it and respect FW as something more than PUBs when they get access. Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

That academy threshold must be really low. 2k warpoints probably. I may have been fudging around with a new alt and just went generic male caldari master race and got the 6k warpoints becuase fok being a notreal vet. Kinda reminds me of when I started the game. I always only got one academy match then I got pubbed. Need a speedy bro scout? Mail me,comes with shotgun and 20 pound bag of catnip for teh clonocide.(teh fak,cannot spell)

Is that correct? no it hasnt worked like that ever. i know this because when i was in the academy (back when you had a chance to learn before being thrown into the moshpit) i was put as squad lead, and i was not able to deploy the squad into the battle. All WP accumulated in battle is awarded to the player even if they leave battle. The difference is when you leave battle it takes about 10 - 15 minutes for those WP to show up on your account.
