Correct, he's actually not even in the same physical region much less the same internal department/team.
GMs don't make content for the game (outside of perhaps if one includes in-game lore events).
Archduke gets to deal with tickets and talking to all of us cheerful people.
If you want to talk to someone about the creation of SKINs you'd best hit up Rattati or someone on the Dev team for Dust.

I like people to know who does what with some degree of accuracy. When new players* login to the forum for the first time I want them to know GM's responsibilities don't include pushing aurum sales and developing content. Misinformation is scary and spreads like wildfire.

Really? I would say every single Dust Merc has way more patience than the GM. After all, that dude get's paid for his stress. Me on the other hand have to pay a shrink just to cope with this game from time to time. |

You're saying that by playing a game with a depressingly small staff, over-run ny high-level management fukk ups, and over-zealous charlatans that has several known issuses that plague performance because of aforementioned reasons, you have more stress and anxiety than a person getting paid most likely a minimum living wage that has to sort through thousands of support tickets as well as trying to keep the peace of the forum boards.
