So...what all I got floatin' around here is that you gain DK from PC, then you use that same DK to buy things from the District Market(DM). When I first spotted this, I was like, "Ooooh, shinny~!" Only to open up the DM, and find out it's empty of items.
I'm curious as to what exactly will be in the DM, does anyone have any ideas, or hints as to what?

We do, actually. It's a work in progress, I guess. Although, I have no room to speak as I've only been apart of WarRavens for about a week now.

You have to hit the button that will 'Refresh' the DK Market UI. Costs like 60 DK I think but once you do that it should populate the interface.

Big "Get Aurum" option will show up.
Click it and buy everything from the list at least once.
After that you should wait for CCP mail that they fooled you.

Three PCs in the last two weeks and no DK for me.
