Feedback: Before tuning rifles again...
Perhaps it would be a good thing to take a look at aiming and/or aim-assist first?
The weapons might be well balanced only to have that balance thrown off by aim-assist influencing their relative hit-percentages.
It could be a good idea to see how the weapons stack up against each other at different hit-percentages first and then (if needed) adjust aim-assist if it is overly helping one weapon over an other.
Since most (if not all) of the rifle numbers have already been tweaked, more of less, recently isn't it time to go over the things that haven't been looked at recently? |

As far as I know, aim-assist is the same on all rifles, meaning they would cancel each other out. Unless you mean adjust the aim assist for each rifle to find balance.
Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind.

If I recall Wolfman correctly, AA adhesion / magnetism can be tuned on a weapon-by-weapon basis. I don't know that we can safely assume that AA values are presently constant one weapon to the next.

I believe it was in discussion around RR tuning some time ago. I believe it was also tuneable in ADS and Hipfire separately.

Isn't the bolt pistol proof enough that AA is not the same for all weapons |

Perhaps the Bolt looks like it has "stronger" assist due to the fact we can see every bullet clearly hit unlike with other weapons which bullets travel before we can see the hit. If we were to give the SMG 4 shots in the clip and high alpha, I'm sure we would see similar results to the Bolt Pistol.

This
WoW has taught me that Purple means Legendary. This means Quafe suits are the optimal loadout for killing all of you.

Don't you mean we can clearly see it miss but still register damage?

I had suggested disabling AA for two weeks to see the data.
No takers.

No takers. I agree we do this, then you aim assist weapon users would feel the sniper pain.
On the subject of aim assist I feel the laser and sniper rifle deserve should get it as well. Hit detection will never be fixed so it is the only reasonable thing to make these long range weapons viable in pubs and pc. Mind you, since it is possible to tune it to specific weapons, aim assist on them would be minimal. This would allow these weapons to still require skill, but also give them the slight bullet magnetism all weapons have. I've find it discouraging to use the SR when half of my hits do no damage. I've had scenarios that I was spotted from over 100 meters out and players run straight at me and punch me to death due to the game simply not applying my damage although I'm landing many rounds on the target.
When I look down my scope, all I see are dead people.

Sure, I meant that we could see which every single bullet travelled to. Which is why I think it should be either toned or simply removed from the Bolt. As we have seen a high alpha weapon plus auto aim are a deadly match which should not exist in this game.
