Add another tab to the Market called "Player Market"
Selling
Once you open the player market, there is a tab called SELL Selecting this tab opens up a menu much like what comes up when trading with a player. There will be 3 tabs to modify: ITEM, where you select what you want to place on the market, AMOUNT TO SELL, where you select how many of that item you want to place on the market, and PRICE, where you select how much each individual item will cost using a similar menu to how we give ISK to other players..
Once you have all 3 tabs filled with your choices, you then select a 4th tab at the very bottom called CONFIRM. Once selected, It removes the appropriate items from your inventory. You will no longer have access to those items. Now you wait for a player to buy your items.
Example: I want to sell 5 of my 7 Darth's Scrambler Rifles. I go to the player market tab and select SELL. The sell menu pops up. The first tab is ITEM, so I open that up and scroll down to my Darth's. Next tab is AMOUNT TO SELL, so I scroll over to 5. Next is PRICE, so I scroll to 450k. I then select CONFIRM, and 5 Darth's are removed from my inventory, leaving me with 2. Now when someone buys one or several of my Darth's, the ISK is automatically added to my wallet.
Buying
When you open the player market, you will see tabs like the normal market has for buying from the NPCs, but all items in the player market will be from players. You will have the same menus as the NPC market. I then select the item I want to buy, and then the amount is subtracted from my wallet and the items are added to my inventory.
Example: I want to buy some Darth's I go through the menu DROPSUITS AND GEAR>DROPSUIT WEAPONS>LIGHT>SCRAMBLER RIFLES just like in the NPC market. I then scroll to a Darth's price I like and select it. I then select how many I want to buy, and the funds are subtracted from my wallet and the Darth's appear in my inventory.

Personally, I think there should be a fair trading client where players can not get ripped off, however the service would have a 10% service charge
OR
Choose to do the risky backdoor trading we have now for no service fee.
Everybody wins Eve has a broker's fee. We could add that in.

First they need to remove all individual AUR gear. Faction packs could still be purchased as they are now. Boosters, BPOs, WB components, Skins, Keys, and whatever else I am missing would fill in the rest of the sales gap as credit card heavy people would use them to cash out for ISK similar to how it works in Eve with PLEX. Players who want short cuts would be forced to either run a few factions or purchase the faction gear from another player on the market. This drives the ISK need for everyone keeping them grinding or selling AUR items.
Second we would need player manufacturing to be implemented. Personally I think this could be centered around WP + Victory bonus + manufacturing skill for that group. Group skills could be divided up by category or even by individual item with a low multiplier. These items would eventually take the place of the NPC market giving us an actual player driven economy. "Molds" that make sure the nanites are formed properly would be sold on the market and for AUR as well as being able to be manufactured. New molds could be later introduced that require actual materials that have to be mined if PvE were to ever come around. When you can show me officer gear on the npc market, I'll believe a player market has no use.
