People play Dust in China though. There is nothing about the firewall that blocks PSN use.

I think you could use them anywhere in the country for a while now, it's just that in 2014 they began allowing sales of consoles in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone. The console sales and production ban from 2000 is now totally scrapped.
