And it needs a little range buff! Pleeeease CCP? I went 26-6 with it earlier, I can only get better, dual wielding this weapon is so much fun, I need to skill into it further.
Anyway please watch the 2 short montage videos I made of the video, I'm no Kubo but there's enough headshots and massive damage to make it worth watching!

I did well with it therefore it needs a buff? what type of messed up mentality is that, you sir are a scrub that needs a reality check
the ion pistol has its range for a reason, its a CQC weapon it doesn't need a range buff
there are too many people calling for nerfs and buffs that have no idea what they are even talking about, do you know how much damge they do to shields???? and to a lesser extent do you know how fast even armor suits go down in CQC to the ion pistol

Whats the Ions max range? I've used it from time to time and even have it on one of my current **** it suits(Which is every one of my current suits)
The gun itself is more than ok, get couple regular shots off, then charge the **** for a kill. Boom.

I never said that nor insinuated it, I never stated that I did well or alluded in any way, shape or form that my personal experience in succeeding in making kills with the weapon warrants and justifies a buff of any form.
Yes I do know how much damage they do to shields, clearly illustrated within the 2 videos which I have linked to. I believe that the range is sub-par in balancing terms.
There's your reality check, scrub. |

I'm honestly not sure but I'd guess that it maxes out between 25-30m, I'll test it on a static target tomorrow. |

Ha, I know right. Honestly the ion pistol needs a ..buff? To it's cool down.
If anything, I want it to have more rate of fire to really spam without timing your shots.
Also, black and red proto pl0x.
Also, increase charged shot plasma size pl0x.
Also, fix confusing fitting optimization skill pl0x.
Also, have our characters yell out "FREEDOOOOOOM" when getting kills with the Ion Pistol pl0x.

I am about to skill proto Kincats for max advantage of the ion pistol.
A galass with pro Kincat, 2 pro ferroscale and reps, ar and ip is deadly as hell(or Saxonmish with a quafe on top)
