Every single fit of my minmatar scout is limited by PG. My proto Minmatar Scout has 380/480 CPU used and 80/81 PG used. Come one CCP, please transfer some of the CPU to the PG bruh.
To put two complex KinCats on my Proto Minmatar scout, I have to trade in my equipment and my proto weapon CR for an ADV CR.
Somebody tell me a decent prototype minmatar fit with 2 complex kin cats. No Myofibs or Precision enhancers please.

I think kin cats are too much pg regardless. I'd rather see a reduction of kincat pg costs. The high pg capacity stems from a time before AA. Now that speed is not game breaking the costs should be reduced. I'd say 2 pg reduction across all tiers. |

I get 92 pg at max cores.

Minmatar have always paid for there versatility and speed with below-average fitting power and stripped-down suits. As an oppressed people they've had to wage war with a "do more with less" philosophy, and I'd like to keep it that way to be honest. Minmatar probably have the strongest overall suit line up in the game, and I say that as an Amarr loyalist.

I have to fit double complex kincats just to run at 9.64 i get two slots that i have to use for amour rep(am scout has good amour but slow reps) and a dampener or ferro(damps for most scans except gal logi or ferro to make it the amarr style of high hp)
Because I gotta catch up to those Mofos with my knives.

I think Amarr are on par with Minmatar except for the Scout category. My Amarr Assault shreds everything. Amarr Heavy is such a beast. Amarr logi is quite important because of those 3 second links. But there is no better mutualism than Amarr Heavy and Minmatar Logi.

You kind of only need one kincat. I need 2. And i run knives as a primary and scrambler pistols as a secondary. Do you know how much force a 212 amoured object generates when he rams into someone? I buried a knife so deep in his face that the republic command fired me for 'extreme butality'

yeh kin cats aren't viable really, not in terms of resource management, i have a few where when i've been creating them i've thought "this could do with a big more speed" even when using ferroscale plates, the amount you would have to drop your modules down to just isn't worth it. they are very resource intensive indeed. |

Don't run 2x Kincat Min Scouts.
You need those 2x damps. Speed isn't worth getting scanned.

As posted above, go with 2x damps + kincat.
Throw in there Viziam Flux Links, Proto cloak etc etc. You will use 80 or 81 PG. All should fit perfectly.
