What's the point of it? It read 18 seconds as my estimated wait time, I waited 8 minutes, reset the Q, waited another 8 minutes then gave up.
I'm not trying to complain about something so little but what's the point of it existing when it is entirely misleading and completely pointless? And I guess from a programming point of view, broken. |

I have been saying for a long time that instead of estimated time it should just have a queue count but I suppose CCP does not want everyone to know there are only 5 people searching for a pub contract other than domination.
All the estimated time does is shows the average time it took the last players to get into battle.

It's only useful to know if their are battles available. If the estimated countdown is at 00:00, don't waste your time trying to find a battle on the gamemodes you picked^^

I have asked myself the same question many times.
The estimated time must be at least roughly correct for it to be useful.
