Many months ago he slipped into the shadows. He has laid dormant since his Tank re-balancing was taken away. Now that tanks are once again impervious, he has awoken, for his tear buckets have gone dry.

cloak part op other than that it's fine as long as the min get a 5 high 5 low officer suit with +15% damage to shields for projectile weapons only.
Duct tape fixes everything from weapons to suits and even tanks.

We either get a officer logi or officer assault. A scout would be like slightly stronger paper and a heavy would be borderline unstoppable with logibro and a core repper.
