6 sec delay
8 sec depleted delay
Literally no Caldari suit in the game has such bad shield regen statistics. A Minmatar Setinel has better regen statistics with 2 seconds off each delay.
It's not just the HP/s, it's the delay as well. A gallante commando can get 20 Hp/s repairs actively and still have more HP.
Please buff Caldari Commando Shields. I've never sat behind a rock waiting for my shields to regen for so long. I've become old!!!!
Fix: Make shields identical to Cal Sent.

Though overall sheld suits could get a stats buff (caldari only).

You've got 3 highs and 2 lows. That's not impressive stats for using pretty much all the slots and having none for anything else.

Do you even Shield Regulators bruh?
But shields in general need a buff, as it isn't something exclusive to the Caldari Commando.

You put 2 complex shield regulators in the low and, using your highs for anything else, the shield regen is at 2.66 seconds delay and 3.55 seconds depleted recharge delay (per Protofits.com on a proto Calmando with no skills). So for 6000 ISK the wait time is more than halved. Add the skill bonuses and it is even lower. In the highs, you add 1 each: Proto energizer, enhancer, recharger, and you get 42 extra HP, 47 HP/Sec regen, and basically the same rates at 2.66 and 3.8. Swap the enhancer for a recharger and you are at 59HP/Sec. You want to go triple energizers and you can pump out 73 HP/sec. (at the cost of total HP of course) Those are all stats unskilled. You add in skill bonuses and those numbers are even better. So it is POSSIBLE to make a shield suit with true regen capabilities.
I'm not saying this is where it needs to be because 20HP/Sec is pretty weak on a suit that is supposed to be a Shield suit. But it is possible to get the regen times down. You are, however, sacrificing all your slots to do it as you mentioned.

It's not the shields.... It's the size of the suit.
The galmando is great on putting out dmg, but as soon as you get a bead on him he goes down. The dmg output is there, but they are super easy to hit, even for the worse aim, because they're slow and tanked?!
Except for the minmando... jump mods and kin cats makes him impossible to hit?!

Else? Like what?
More shields? 500 is enough.
Armor? It's a shield suit.
Speed? Kincat already on.
Damage? Bonuses with prof. skill are enough.
