All that being said, I really like my advanced cal logi. 4 slots means i can make up for the lack of hive WP with a rep and a needle. You can still fortify an area pretty well. You can have good shields and if your not a stiff nerd, a plate goes a long way towards making it survivable. It needs a better, unique bonus. A cal logi specific nanohive that reps shields. It's a good suit but doesn't shine anymore compared to the other logis when bonuses are considered. Min is the repper. Gal is the scanner. Amarr is the slayer / uplinks. Cal is the.....nanohive However it isn't the suit, it's the person playing it that makes it rock. Would like to see CPU/PG ramped up on Cal logi though. Because beer, that's why.

Its a suit that requires allot of sp is less combat versatile if shields not your forte n if u dont know how wont be as wp rewarding. Pro tip run precision mods at least 2 proto n ur passive scans become like a constant radar good for picking up scts so sqd mates dont get snuck up on rep nanos make it so if ur with a heavy throw him one or two n u can join in fight as well. The day the cal scout came out I respeced my cal logi to level 3 only and proto'd the cal scout, but that was only because I wanted the sweet taste of ewarr. *Delt for CPM2, Shadowed Cola for CPM2, Breaking For CPM2*

I have been using that race exclusively, for years. Just last week, I picked up an APEX Calogi and I must say that I am enjoying the suit. I am doing just as well with this suit, as with any Min logo suit I have used in the past. In my opinion, a logi is a logi! Doesn't matter what suit you use, you should see similar results.

But i'd say it's less popular because it can easily be interrupted doing it's job. Unlike links,hives are very easy to see/target from a distance. Unlike rep tools,it can be detected and destroyed easily even through floors/walls. Unlike scanners,you can be id'd as the source. The day the cal scout came out I respeced my cal logi to level 3 only and proto'd the cal scout, but that was only because I wanted the sweet taste of ewarr. the cal logi used to be the preferred slayer fit, AR was the preferred rifle due to shields being used more often the RR came out and both shields and the RR received nerfs so did the AR everything was a mess and now shields and the RR are still suffering from what happened, also armor has received several unintentional buffs due to balance issues that were not dealt with properly in my opinion click here if you are making a new account and want some free BPO's

Nowadays its lackluster since it has poor regen and an underwhelming bonus. But it's great in PC for those that know how to run shields.
