Hey you kawaii mercs,i need your help. As of right now im watching my 132th and 133rd anime but i dont have anything new to watch till shinmai maou no testament burst starts airing in october. And i have a random gif from the internet,and being the cat that my wiskers tick me off. I want to know the source anime it came from
Anyone who can identify and drop me a link to the source of this Gif,will recieve a isk or officer item reward.(i want the name and a description or a link to its wiki page or info page,if you provide a good link ill pay you more.)

1st gif is of a fire emblem character to the best of my knowledge. Fire emblem is a series of video games. I am unfamiliar with 2nd gif.

According to Google images, the first image is the character Marth, which is from a game (Fire Emblem), not an anime.
Not much luck with the second one.
