Yesterday, during Skirm at Rings map, 2 in 3 out, my team began a match strong by taking city and our home point.
City remains confrontational for a while, bullets being exchanged from above the acid pits to contain the other sides spawn - eventually they get steam rolled and we thought we forced there side to the outside.
Now, I'm running solo, so i stayed behind in the city to hack the supply depot, turrets outside, etc. But i noticed C kept getting ninja hacked then the other point.
So camped it - killing the 2 guys doing it at least 6 times each, looking everywhere for there link. I get annoyed - grab a scanner. Nothing.
They kept appearing, though. So i got my Proto Amarr Heavy with 4 Cats and did some snooping, and found where they would appear from.
In-between the bridges in the sides of C, opposite of the pocket, there is a box that can get in your way if you make a left turn to look at the objective.
Between that box and the wall they would spawn, so I assume they glittered the link in the wall - np. i find out whose a SL in the match and ask them to waste 300 WP's helping me out, he did it a few times, nothing.
I scan - it always shows up. Nothing.
They just kept popping up, padding my KDR to 30+ kills, and I did nothing but kill them.
So wtf happened, lol. |

I dunno, I'v seen people spawn out of the ground near point well into a contested or even flipped state...
I mean, I know I'm insane, but I assume I'm not THAT crazy yet.

YOu can glitch uplinks in many ways..
Inside walls, null cannons, in thick air.. it's annoying.

Same can be done with remote explosives on points. Even more annoying...
