For the sake of transparency...
Are you able to provide minutes of all CPM and CPM/CCP meetings?
Obviously I expect anything NDA to be redacted.
If you can't provide the minutes of your meetings, why not!? And is this going to change for CPM2? |

If you can't provide the minutes of your meetings, why not!? And is this going to change for CPM2? Minutes of all meetings, even sans NDA are unfortunately not able to be provided. This is due to most interactions not occurring within an official meeting format and thus no minutes being recorded at the time.
It is in my view something that could, and likely should, be improved upon during the term of CPM 2. That will be down to the discretion of the members of CPM 2 once elected but if I am re-elected to serve a second term more clear communication protocols is something I will advocate. The lack of them is in fact the point of greatest dissatisfaction I have in how my term in CPM 1 transpired.
Informal communications are valuable as well, they not only have their place but in an iterative balance modality they may even comprise the bulk of interaction. That being said it there in my view solid merit and value to having a record of events and discussions, and providing a clear [NDA material free] summery of that record, hopefully on a regular basis such as perhaps monthly, to the community.
To that end I would be interested in community feedback on what format might prove useful, and whether to note line items that are NDA redacted thus showing something was discussed but cannot be commented on, or showing only those items which are open for discussion and thus keeping conversations more clear and focused.
Thank you for rasing this topic and I encourage others, both CPM members past, present or future, and community to speak up with regards to their perspective on this matter.
While it will ultimately be a decision that must be made internally by the elected members of CPM 2, I do believe input is valuable and hope it will be provided.

Traditionally, meetings have been recorded, so that minutes could be assembled afterwards. This, in particular, is how CSM summit minutes are handled, and how virtual summits should be handled during CPM2's term. To my knowledge, none or nearly none of our meetings were recorded. I wish our meetings had been better recorded, and better notes were available. (IWS took notes here and there I think, but I am not sure there would even be much left there if the NDA material was removed.)
I'd love to see the CPM2 push for this process to be more official in the future.

Something I intend to add to my platform as part of overall transparency, if I'm elected. Figure out what we can and cannot share with the public and whatever can should be -thoroughly- documented to the best of our ability. At the very least we could document things internally and leave it as a sort of foot-note or marker for the next CPM to look at and potentially expand upon. Paraphrased and cliff noted, of course.
