Allow us to queue up for multiple battle types. Currently, everyone tends to play one map exclussively over any others because of this. |

Good point. I just want to get into a match so I tend to just go for one that has the most players and an open spot. I'm not picky.
If I could multi-queue, the system could just place me where I'm needed most. I'm cool with that. |

Kind of a moot point right now, but eventually, maybe. Only thing with this is that entering a queue is like signing that battle's contract. When everything's running the way it should be, you're going to pretty much either be given orders to join specific battles or join the ones that are going to give you the most ISK. At the end of the day, you're still a mercenary |

Except CCP has stated they want this to also be equivalent to other shooters in the pick-up-and-play regards. "Quickly get into a match for 15 minutes of play time." is the phrase more or less I recall reading. Multiple match-queuing would help to put Dust on par with other games in the genre.
As for the "contract" rationale, contractors (mercenaries) don't sit around waiting for a client to give them to go-ahead on a project without also working on others. You get served in the order you replied. Much like a queue. |
