A new slot beside skin mod.
Many colors to choose from and they could be cheap.
Sell em for 1-2000 aur to entice one into collecting them all.
Plasma infuser, anodized bolts, tracer rounds, spectrum crystals, and experimental propellant (or w/e)
Not alot of room for slots so maybe just primary weapon?
The low price would even out by the myriad of colors one could choose from.
Not really content, but would be something players would enjoy.
If this happened I would organize a 16 man amando lazor light show like new Eden has never seen.
Thoughts?

I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who thought of this. However, I do have to say the idea over all would be pretty cool.

Got a buddy with a district who said we can use it for our rave.
So now it could be a 64 laser light show.
No idea how to orchestrate that many fools in a hostile environment, but I'm willing to try

Its not that its a bad idea, however, I believe there are more important things right now that should be done, instead of something so simple and that in the end wont give a "real" change. Sure, it would be nice to have a red plasma cannon shot destroying a tank, but I would rather believe that the people who work in this game is doing something far more important, like the missing HAVs and ADS.

My thinking on this is a way to get aur sales up, and give us a (hopefully) easy to make trinket. We get fun colors, they get monies.
Pays for more man hours. Maybe get some bugs fixed.

Different ammunition types however is a different story ;).
I always thought as a young DUSTling that we'd have different ammo types to choose from like how EVE does. (different crystals for Amarr, Charges for Hyrbids, warheads for projectiles.)
Sadly, we have to get gun balance right first before we even entertain the thought of different ammo types.
