Please speed up the grenade throwing animation. It takes like forever to throw one. |

Definitely.
The way it works now, throwing a grenade in the middle of a firefight hinders me more than it helps in most situations. I can reload my rifle in about the time it takes to toss a grenade.
Its a leisurely toss. |

I actually don't mind it to be honest.
Think of how long it would take you to go from firing a burst on your rifle to getting your grenade out, to priming it, to throwing it.
I don't think its supposed to be a CQC resort. Its more of something you'd do from cover, or advancing on cover, unlike in many other fps.
Not sure if there is one, but perhaps a skill to reduce the amount of time it takes. |

Time to throw it isn't the issue, the lack of ability to aim your throw at all is the problem. |

My 1st attempt at tossing a grenade was a total failure. I spotted a couple red dots in an entryway near the objective and thought I'd do the common thing and lob one inside to clear the area. I arm the grenade and step out of cover, hit the button to toss it and.. hit the button again.. scratch my head in confusion.. blow at the tv.. tried using the force.. begged it "Please Mr. grenade leave my hand".. nothing worked so I ducked back behind cover just as it decided to jump against the wall I was using and land at my feet. I now use remote explosives. |
