I have decided to take it upon myself to run damage control and translate what Xeroo Cool had said in a previous post. I do this for two reasons:
1) I'm reasonably certain this will anger Xeroo.
2) I believe his post was very hurtful, and should be rephrased by yours truly.
Just a few pieces of info.
1. Attacking a production facility which has only 100 clones on it is a bad move. Reinforcement timers will sure that it has more clones by the time your assault comes around. It very much vexes me to take it easy on newer corps such as roach corp, and would like to help them, but they seem to not want it.
2. If you launch a raid on a district.... it is advisable to show up with your men. I am also very frustrated by having to stop my goodwill missions for lonely and downtrodden mercs to handle three other mercs who need my help, but don't seem to want it. Why, we just want to help.
3. Try finding corps you know will not go all out on you because you're a newer corp. Corps such as POK, SOG and Negative Feedback. would be more than happy to hold out on you so you can get the hang of PC and its strategies.
4. I hope all you new mercs out there have a pleasant day, and thank you for taking the time to listen.
