Well let me just go to framerate land, go down framerate avenue, find framerate street and just pick fresh and ripe frames from the framerate tree.

What can CCP do in this situation that doesn't hurt the bottom line?
If they admit they can't fix it, surely it doesn't look good to be adding more pay content that might be slowing things down further.
If they say they are working on it, then people will wonder what the hold up is and why it isn't happening faster.
Better to say nothing and keep pumping out skins.
