Aside from our local chat. Which we are given and cannot change. We have no way to get in touch we eve character other than local. I looked at the eve forums (was amazed)and discovery that only eve character can get on there. But why? Ww are all part of the same universe (not sure if that's correct) yet we are so separated. Eve Online players use a different service that is directly controlled by CCP Games while Dust players use PSN. That can cause problems trying to connect the two into one forum as both services might be incompatible. We had a capsuleers dropping orbitals for our squad the other day and he was really tickled as it was his first time. Well as interested in considering cross server auth processes as I am I don't believe either CCP or SONY would be willing to allow the other company to do cross auth and verify user IDs across both games. For 2 reasons. 1. I don't want to give SONY my Eve ID and password, violating the EULA. 2. I don't want to give CCP my PSN Login ID and password to verify, another violation of EULA. So with that out of the way it is not a matter of budget, but rather a cross authorization problem. If you want to be on the same forums get on the same platform with DUST, beg long and hard for a PC port so you can have connectivity. *DJINN Jecture speaks for herself, a Closed Beta Vet, still playing Eve and Dust*
